While Incognitos values freedom and anonymity, we do expect all users to follow some basic guidelines:

• No illegal content — Do not post or share content that violates laws.
• Respect others — Harassment, threats, or hate speech are not allowed.
• No spam or malicious links — Keep the platform safe for everyone.
• Report responsibly — If you see content that violates these rules, use the report mechanism.
• Use at your own discretion — We provide privacy tools, but your safety online is also your responsibility.

Protect children — Any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) is strictly prohibited. Report any suspicious content using the Report button. Reported CSAE content is immediately removed and may be forwarded to the appropriate authorities in line with EU standards (e.g., INHOPE national hotlines). Your anonymity is preserved.
